I Hope Your Birthday is ON POINT ...

Couldn't resist these little fellas from My favourite Things, too cute.  Clean & Simple today with a little bit of hand stitching (haven't done that for a while).  I have used Squeezed Lemonade oxide for the back and a splatter of water to represent the sunshine on these little ones.  Heat embossed in gold, sentiment also in the set.  Coloured with Promarkers and highlighted in white.

Spin Me Around ...

You may have noticed I do love an interactive card including this Turner Suprise die from the fabulous Mama Elephant.   And like many interactive cards they really aren't as difficult as they may first appear.  Kids, big or small, ha ha love receiving kinetic cards.  The sentiments are from Mama Elephant titled Circle of Friends, heat embossed in gold on black card.  The star die cut is also in the Turner Surprise set.

I have used the Turner Surprise with the Panda Agenda stamps also from Mama Elephant. I have created a background using TH Distress Oxide (twisted citron) and created a shaker card and popped in lots of sparkles, gold glitter, green hexagons & ice white circles all from Nuvo Confetti.

Happy crafting love Jane x

BEST OF LUCK ...

Well Mama Elephant done it again with these agendas, wow, out of this world ha ha.  I knew straight away who my first make using these goodies was going to be and I am pleased to be able to share with you now.

So I have also been expanding my distress oxide collection and for my first galaxy background I am rather pleased but of course there is always room for improvement; I used Squeezed Lemonade, Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire & Black Soot.  Liquid star dust & embossing enamel.  Stamped images & coloured with Promarkers.  Cut on my Silhouette, hand stitched, sequin stars, glow in the dark embossing powder for the stars, spaceship rays and sentiment.  Matted and layered using 3d foam pads.

I would like to enter this into the following challenge -

Many Thanks ...

Having a go at no lines colouring using these gorgeous Hummingbirds from Pretty Pink Posh, finally managed to add them to my stash as they were never in stock when I was placing orders; couple of other items fell in my basket too, oops!

So I stamped in London Fog, die cut the images, coloured using Promarkers and pencils.  Cut a mat to suit in this case a 6" square card blank and inked with Tumbled Glass & Squeezed Lemonade, splattered with some water and dried.  Stamped the sentiment included in the set in white. Cut a mirror frame, foam pads for the birds and some Sizzix sequins to finish.

get whale soon ...

Loving the Magic Picture Changer from Lawn Fawn, so much fun.  Another stamp & die I have had a while with someone very special in mind.  Combined on this occasion with the Get Whale Soon before 'n' afters stamps.  Coloured with Promarkers, the waves are from MFT the Pop up wiper components, two in blue tones and a third in vellum which I have them embossed with one of my favourite folders which is actually titled Softly Falling from Stampin Up, I have used for snow, water on this occasion and also lemonade bubbles on a magazine make too, very versatile.
The cloud is from a Doohickey Club set.  The background is simply TH Distress Oxide (Salty Ocean) which I have then splattered some water on.

And the big reveal and I was so pleased with the placement of my whale, almost perfect.  If you look very carefully you will be able to see some little fishes behind the vellum these are from the MFT Gill Friends stamp set.  Thank you for popping by today, much appreciated.

Bye for now, Jane x

New Job ...

I couldn't wait to get my hands on the Tabby Fortune Teller from Lawn Fawn and made this 'New Job' card straight away but I have had to wait until the recipient had received it before I could share.

I treated myself the the Reveal Wheel goodies too which I have been looking at from a far but couldn't resist anymore.  So this is my first Reveal Wheel and I am sure the first of many more.

I have used papers from Nitwit Collections, hand stitched, little grey heart, some golden gems and also the NEW Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust on a background of TH Distress Oxide; Salty Ocean.

I have taken the plunge into the world of stencils in the past few weeks and made some on my Silhouette Cameo, so I have inked the paws again with TH Distress Oxide; Gathered Twigs onto some white vellum.

Seasons Greetings ...

Some more Christmas cards to share today this time using a beautiful stamp from Penny Black; Snow Forest which I confess hadn't seem ink, oops!  Stamped in TH distress ink, a little pastel blue Promarker shadowing, some shimmer, sentiment and gems.  Matted and layered onto gold mirror and white embossed snow card base.  Plenty of sparkle over the snow but sadly doesn't show too well :(Very simple but the stamp just speaks for itself don't you think)

Congrats ...

Well finally I can share this card with my blogging friends.  I made this for a special lady who is now a fully qualified veterinary nurse (RVN), her dream job, well deserved.

I have used the Picture Perfect stamps from MFT for this themed card.  The Scripty congrats is from Lawn Fawn and one of my favourite go to dies.  I have distress oxide the background with a splash of water then hand stitched.  The frames are also from MFT made into shakers, hearts & stars. To keep this modern and hip I have stapled the layers to the base.  Colored with Promarkers in my usual dotty style.

I would like to enter this into the following challenge -
Passion for Promarkers - 3 (stars) (I Won Top 5)!

Happy Fathers Day ...

A must have stamp the 'Wild Roar' from Mama Elephant, I simply could not resist.  A long colouring session I admit but so much fun.  TH distress oxide background and I have created a scene and used some acetate to create the front of the card too.  The little panda was holding a heart so I thought I would make a mini shaker.  Hand stitched as always, thank you for popping by to my blog.

Wish upon a star ...

My first magic color slider card, dies from Father Christmas ok ok Lawn Fawn. Now my Stazon was very old so I couldn't get a clear image on the front of the acetate but I do have another on my craft table and a new ink pad so the next one will be better.  Also I  have a new stamping platform also from Father Christmas and I cannot believe how I have managed without one for so long, highly recommended.

I have used more Lawn Fawn this time the Upon a Star stamp set including the stars which I have heat embossed in silver & the sentiments.  Stitched hillside cut on my Silhouette, papers from Nitwit Collections. The background has been created using TH distress oxides, had these a wee while, love them.  So matted on silver mirri and hand stitched (goes without saying) and coloured with Promarkers.  A few sparkles to finish.
