Eighty ...

Today I am sharing a special eightieth birthday card which I have made a a lovely lady celebrating today.  So the 3d mason jar is a cutting file over on the Silhouette Design Store by the lovely Lori Whitlock.  I haven't used the flowers in the file but the gorgeous Sizzix Wildflower Stems, cut on smooth white cardstock and individually coloured using Promarkers.  Took sometime to colour but I love the effect.  I have slightly aged the cardstock with Gesso and the heart is also from Sizzix, which I just love.  So the lovely recipient didn't want to be made a fuss of, so I have discreetly put the BIG 80 on the reverse of the tag so she can leave it on the window sill without anyone thinking anything other than a nice jar of flowers.  So I made a box to suit and also some 80 confetti too.

Pisces Tilda ...

Time for another challenge over at Magnolia Forever, super easy Anything Goes
So I am Guest Designer for March and I have chosen to use one of my all time favourite Tildas.

I picked up a few bits before Christmas in the Sizzix  sale including this Winter Scene but as I had already completed my Christmas creations I opted to have a play with Pisces Tilda and make a shaker box/card.  (the verse can be written on the back).  First attempt, so it is ok but I would do things a little different next time around.  Papers, flowers, various Doohickey dies, cheesecloth, frilly organza ribbon, coloured with Promarkers, hand stitched, sentiment, acetate and a mix of sequins, sand, shells and dew drops to finish.

Stunning Snowflake ...

Today I would like to share a couple of my special Christmas cards for 2021, so family members.  Super elegant I think and really pleased with how they turned out.  So navy card mat, navy mat slightly smaller with the silhouette of the Sizzix TH Stunning snowflake cut out.  I have used a sprinkling of Shabby Blue Frantage to create the background. Cut one large white snowflake, two small, one white again and the other gold glitter card.  Stuck back in the large white snowflake, mounted with 3d foam tape.  Foam tape for the gold and pva to put the white on top.  Foil quilled the sentiment and cut out with the Arch Banner die.

Let's CELEBRATE your ...

I have been waiting to share this little cutie, Conga Line from Colorado Craft Company and illustrated by the fabulous Anita Jeram, a dream to colour and a good size stamp with some sentiments included.  So I have made a shaker frame, coloured with Promarkers, distress background, twisted crepe and some confetti & stars from the pinwheel party dies.  A few more sprinkles from Tonic

Debs, in answer to your lovely comment regarding colours, I have been using Promarkers for many years and tend to have a select go to colours, so ivory, blush, warm greys, sandstone & caramel.  For this particular creation I used ginger, gold & spice too.
