Summer Fun ...

'Summer'

is the challenge at 

TILDA'S TOWN 

this week so I decided to make my very first

mini suitcase on my Silhouette.

I must say I am really pleased with how this one turned out, think I might need to keep it!

Summer holidays was my thinking, taking photographs, the weather, eating ice cream

and sending postcards home.

I have use Tilda with Cherry Ice Cream, Cloud & film strip dies.

The Eifel Tower & heart tag are from the Doohickey Club Vol 3

Postcard stamp.

The suitcase, sun, post mark, matting & layering were all cut on the Silhouette.

Flowers, ribbon, twine, cheesecloth, Gesso, TH Distress Ink, TH Ticket, pearls, camera charm

& postcard stamp.

Completely hand stitched & coloured with Promarkers.

Tool Delight ...

I have an exploding box to share today, no stamps or designer papers for this one, plenty of pictures!

All elements have been cut on the Silhouette, using a variety of shapes and the plug

I created myself.  All wording as been computer generated and printed onto Safmat

to replicate a well know brand of tools!

I have used some tape measure ribbon, silver mirri embossed & hand stitched.

Raided my Husbands tool box for the raw plugs, washer, screws & fuse!

I quilled the pencil and replicated a post it note for the message.

Hopping Happy ...

Today I want to share a spiral card, this time using these gorgeous hopping bunnies.

I love the surprise when these cards are opened, I have made a bee one, airplanes & butterflies.

I think these bunnies work really well & of course some chocolate eggs too!

I have used flowers, ribbon, doily, charm & rafia.

Coloured with Promarkers, hand stitched as always.

The acetate spiral & matting & layering were completed on my Silhouette.

The sentiment was stamped onto Safmat for the invisible look.

 I spotted this stamp over on Pinterest and I couldn't resist, she is called 'Fiona Loves Flowers'

from the Uptown Girls Collection. I have decoupaged her, with a simple layout.
