Mouse Party (House Mouse GDT Card) ...

Today sees the start of another challenge over on House Mouse & Friends Monday
Challenge blog titled 'Let's have a Party'.
I am a Guest designer for this challenge once again but sadly
my last!   Thoroughly enjoyed being part of the team this month and
the House Mouse crew have made me very welcome including my fellow GDT Suzi,
thank you all for this opportunity.
---
As soon as I saw the title for this challenge I knew I was going to use this cute
little image, which until now had remained un-inked!
---
Lots of crafting goodies on this creation, so here goes -
House Mouse Stamp set is called 'Chill Out'
I have stamped this little mouse onto white cardstock and then cut
slits either side of the glass.  Stamped again onto acetate and then cut out leaving flaps either
side of the glass to put into the slits,  so it leaves a slightly rounded glass.
Stamp another little cutie to decoupage him, to add to the final effect!

Close up of the acetate glass!

Stripey backing paper, hat paper, Kraft card
Party ticket, no gate crashing now.
Hat pom pom, hat hand cut
'With love' sentiment
Buttons, seam binding, gems
Doily to represent the cake at the party!
Last of all, completely hand stitched and some glossy accents inside the acetate
for the fizzy bubbles.

Card showing the 'with love' tag out!
---
We do hope you can join us for this challenge, really looking forward to seeing
your interpretations for this one!
---
Take care, happy crafting

Coredinations and Kraft card for the backing papers.
Cheesecloth, garden twine, pearls, heart gem, doily and a button.
The ribbon (recycled) has been pleated and hand stitched.
Picket fence and bunting dies from Doohickey.
The fence was cut from Kraft card and then stained white.

Flowers and dew drops.
Coloured with Pro/Flex Markers.
The sentiment has been heat embossed white and was from Stamp Doodles
It was free with issue 65 of Papercraft Essentials a while ago.

For my regular followers you will know my most favourite thing on my cards is
the hand stitching and this one is no exception.
I have actually noticed ribbon is another favourite and at the moment
this is my favourite Tilda, well until I ink the next one up that is!

Thanks a bunch ...

Today I have been playing with this little cutie from LOTV  she is called Rosie Posey.
I have had her a while but I think I have only used her once, so a little neglected.
Lovely fresh spring colours for this one!
---
I have used Tulip papers, Papermania cardstock, Die-namics flower die.  I have dug out that butterfly punch
with no name (manufacture label has worn off) again! Anitas gems, pearls from stash, WOC ribbon,
coloured with Promarkers, and some hand stitching for finish,
well why change a habit of a lifetime!

I love you more than cheese ...... (Joanna Sheen DT Card)

Time for the next challenge over on the Joanna Sheen Blog  and for the month of February
the challenge is titled 'Love is in the air'.
---
I have used the gorgeous House Mouse decoupage pack called 'Just the two of us' which is
jammed packed full of adorable little mice.
I have taken this image from a wedding sheet and just used the groom for this one!
A few firsts for me on this make, my first decoupage using a Collall glue gel kit,
my first 6x6 easel card, my first House Mouse decoupage and the first time
I have used the fabulous Memory Box die called  'Cherised Border' available here.
The sentiment is computer generated as I don't have a stamp for this one?
The paper is from a free cd from a magazine a while back produced by Docrafts.
Still loving my hand stitching so this one has plenty!
Great entries again for January, some fabulous creations from you all and we hope you
can join again this month with fab prizes and blog candy up for grabs.
