Seasons Greetings ...

Some more Christmas cards to share today this time using a beautiful stamp from Penny Black; Snow Forest which I confess hadn't seem ink, oops!  Stamped in TH distress ink, a little pastel blue Promarker shadowing, some shimmer, sentiment and gems.  Matted and layered onto gold mirror and white embossed snow card base.  Plenty of sparkle over the snow but sadly doesn't show too well :(Very simple but the stamp just speaks for itself don't you think)

Happy Birthday ...

Time for another challenge at
and it is nice and easy 'Birthdays'

I have made this 8x8 card with an aperture using this gorgeous
stamp that I just fell in love with as soon as I saw it.
It is a fairly large stamp hence the large card!

A view of the inside and a close up too!
This card has to be one of my all time favourites and I must confess took
me many many hours of love to create.
All matting and layering/shapes were cut on my lovely Silhouette
and every single piece has been hand stitched.

I have used papers, flowers, butterflies, sentiment, gems, Kraft,
buttons, ribbon & lace.  Image has been decoupaged and
coloured with Promarkers

This challenge is sponsored by

who have a £ 10 voucher for one lucky winner!

I would like to enter this into the following challenges -

Give us a Cuddle ...

Today is the launch of the new challenge over at
this time round the title is 'Give Us A Cuddle' simple!

I have had this stamp by Penny Black for sometime and it was great
to colour in again for this challenge.  I have an old fashioned wooden version of this stamp
but it is available as a cling stamp HERE
This is my first complete card using my new Silhouette machine, pretty simply just
cut the heart jigsaw in this case, stamp the image and colour with Promarkers
and then carefully peel of the mat and assemble onto the card.
I have learnt so much with this machine, plenty of cutting and playing,
very impressed indeed.  Overall verdict, I love it!
Anyways I have also used papers, sentiment, flowers, more flowers, daisybrads
border, berries, crystal beads, jute and all hand stitched as always.
This turned out to be a large card 8x8 in fact because I needed to fit the
ducks onto the heart and go from there.

This is a close up of the image and you might just work out
the glossy accents on the little duckies beaks?

The sentiment was easy 'You complete me' as this is something my Husband
has always said to me, awww bless.

I hope I have inspired you to come and play along with us, this week up for grabs
for one lucky winner is two gorgeous digi stamps from the lovely Krista
at the Saturated Canary, so what are you waiting for?

That is it for me today, I look forward to seeing all your creations
and don't forget you need to use a Letraset product and follow the
theme to enter, good luck. x
