A whole year more InCreDibleRer ...

Happy 'Leap Day' everyone, todays card is for all those gals who only have a birthday every
four years, you lucky things!

As promised today I want to share another new Stamping Bella stamp to my collection. 
Bree loves Buttercream, who doesn't Mmmm? Complete with this super sentiment too!

Gorgeous new papers from NITWIT COLLECTIONS

I love the colour combos in this collection, perfect whatever the weather!

I have used flowers, doily, balloons, pearls & gems.
Hand stitched (haven't done that for a wee while) and coloured with Promarkers.
Matting & layering completed on my fabulous Silhouette.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges -
