AT YOUR AGE ...

Loving the 'Old Friends' stamps from My Favourite Things MFT, suitable for just about everyone, wink wink.  So stencil background onto white card, hand stitched, some layers cut on my Silhouette, heat gold embossed sentiment from the newer release 'Festive Old Friends' by MFT. Coloured with Promarkers onto Neenah cardstock.  White highlights, gold gems and some glossy accents for this little fellas glasses.

Platinum Jubilee ...

You may have seen my feature in Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine issue 230 which went on sale last month which was showcasing milestone wedding anniversaries.  Well I couldn't resist making our lovely Queen a Jubilee celebration card in Royal colours of course.  There are many 3D embossing folders on the market, this one by Altenew titled Rose Bouquet, simply stunning and just rubbing a white ink pad over the top of the embossing, especially on darker cards looks amazing, don't you think :)  So I have used a DL card and cardstock from Papermania.  The numbers are from The Greetery and the sentiment is from Studio Light; Phrases 2.

Received a reply too ...

Have a great Jubilee weekend

Bingo ...

I am guest designer over at Simply Magnolia for the month of June, you will now find us over on Facebook if you want to play along.  The challenge this month is 'Bingo' and what is better than bingo but crafty bingo, eyes down.

FULL HOUSE, yippee.

So I have made a wallet box, cut on my Silhouette.  Tilda/band slides off the top and there are seven wallets to fill with goodies, maybe a hot drink sachet or even a face mask or too. Great for a sleep over gift either way.

A couple of views from the sides and with the band off.

On the inside front flap  I have stamped this lovely sentiment.

So this lovely Tilda is called Pillow Tilda, perfect image for a sleepover treat box.  Papers, Doohickey dies (cloud/stars/speech bubble/hearts/flowers/leaves & lace)  pink/white organza, coloured with Promarkers, 19 paper panels hand stitched, three clear dew drops & gems.  The 'sending love' sentiment is from Simply Cards & Papercraft issue 226, 'hello sunshine' from Spellbinders & inspirational quote inside was a Magnolia Club box.

Do come and play along with us on Facebook
